If your order arrives with a defect, is damaged, or the item count is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We commit to resolving quality issues promptly, offering replacements at no extra cost or providing a refund if preferred. Good question! The actual size depends on the region. In the US and Canada, we use inches. In Australia, we use centimeters. For example, if you order a piece listed as 30 x 30 cm / 12 x 12", in the US or Canada, you'll receive a square piece where each side is 12 inches. In Australia, the side will be 30 cm.
