What types of wall art products do you offer?

We offer framed fine art prints and canvas prints. Each product is available in multiple sizes to suit various spaces and preferences.

Do you offer different sizes for your art pieces?

Yes, we have a variety of sizes for each type of wall art:

  • Wood-Framed Prints: Both black and white frames are offered in three sizes, ranging from (30x30 cm / 12x12”) to large (70x70 cm / 28x28”).
  • Canvas Prints: These are offered in six sizes, starting at 30x30 cm / 12x12” up to 90x90 cm / 36x36”.

This selection is designed to provide the perfect sizing options for different spaces and preferences.

How are the framed prints constructed and what framing options are available?

Frames are available in black or white, made from pine, with a thickness of 20-25mm and a width of 10-14mm. The paper prints is protected by shatterproof plexiglass and includes hanging hardware for easy installation in both orientations. Framed prints are delivered assembled and ready to hang. We use 200 gsm heavy-weight white matte paper offering a smooth and uncoated finish, and all materials are FSC-certified or equivalent. Packaged securely for shipping, our framed prints are suitable for indoor use and come in paper sizes that may vary slightly by region.

What materials are used for the canvases?

Our canvas prints are produced on a textured cotton-polyester blend, which gives a rich, detailed appearance to the artwork. The print itself is durable, with a weight of 300-350gsm and a thickness of 350-400 microns. We use slim, responsibly sourced wooden stretcher bars that are approximately 2cm thick to provide a sleek, modern look. Each canvas comes ready to hang with an already attached hanging kit and is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please note, the dimensions of our canvas prints may vary slightly depending on the region.

How is the artwork packaged for shipping?

All our artwork is securely packaged to ensure its protection. Framed prints are wrapped securely and arrive ready-to-hang. Canvases are carefully enclosed in protective materials and placed in robust boxes designed to prevent damage. Do you ship internationally, and if so, to which countries?

We currently ship to Australia, the USA, and Canada. If your country is not on our list, please reach out to us at hello@australify.com. We are keen to accommodate your needs and will try to find a shipping solution specifically for you, even if we don't generally deliver to your country.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If your order arrives with a defect, is damaged, or the item count is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We commit to resolving quality issues promptly, offering replacements at no extra cost or providing a refund if preferred. Note that slight variations in color and material may occur, reflecting the art's uniqueness. For lost orders, contact us within 30 days from the expected delivery date for a replacement. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items, not for a change of mind. Ensure accurate shipping details to avoid undeliverable items, which can't be refunded. What shipping options are available and what are the estimated delivery times?

We offer standard shipping at no cost to you. The specific delivery service used varies by country. For paper prints, the typical delivery time is between 4-7 days, while canvases usually arrive within 6-9 days. Please note that larger pieces may take a bit longer to arrive. Are all the artworks original designs?

Yes, all the designs featured on our site are original and unique, created exclusively for Australify.

Can I buy one of your designs in digital form?

Our designs are exclusively sold as physical wall art pieces and are not available for purchase in digital format.
