If your order arrives with a defect, is damaged, or the item count is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. For example, if you order a piece listed as 30 x 30 cm / 12 x 12", in the US or Canada, you'll receive a square piece where each side is 12 inches. In Australia, the side will be 30 cm.
