If your order arrives with a defect, is damaged, or the item count is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Good question! The actual size depends on the region. In the US and Canada, we use inches. In Australia, we use centimeters. For example, if you order a piece listed as 30 x 30 cm / 12 x 12", in the US or Canada, you'll receive a square piece where each side is 12 inches. In Australia, the side will be 30 cm.
